The song of winter

A symphony of
Joy and sorrow;
A blend
With a hope for ‘morrow,
The harshest winds
And the pandering pain
Pulverized, the moment
You gaze into the
The fog
That subdues the planes.
For a little while,
The tainted,
With the innocence of the snow
Shall rise – to live on another day.

Taciturn

A rather overloaded mind,
In this silence, ajar –
With the daydreams
And wordless songs.
An unresolved call
To the closed lips.
The mirth
Of just looking
Within and beyond.

Soulmate

This poem was inspired by the song
なんでもないや by Radwimps from the movie Your name (君の名は).

Tears dripping from your eyes,
Yearning for each lasting moment
To grow
A little longer,
I wish we were wound together;
Hearts, ever so closer-
A little piece of soul
Lost. We wander.
I’ve been searching for you
Forever.
We stand here,
In opposite directions,
Tell me its true,
This hazy recognition
From the begining of time.
Will we last with this fleeting second?
Forever, with a simple gaze –
My soulmate

Human

Walking with no expression. °

Changing shades
Like the rhythm of the sky,
Yet –
The blurry glass
Reflects each hidden jar
Of the unrest past. °

Each sentence
Deconstructed.
Overthinking.
Who am I? °

In the clasp of the call
Beyond the insipid scars;
Tenacious beings of the stars
Smiling, to rise from each fall
Again and again.
Unbridled kindness
Stitching one to all.
Simply inspiring
With each passing hour. °

Tree of Life – Light

This starry night
With no snow in sight,
The lights rise
In synchronous tides,
With the tree of life
Taking the center stride.

With no armor
We wander
Past the will ó wisp,
The air all crispy,
Music in the air,
It was a wondrous affair.

Fire 3: Light

This festive season
The crackling rises
In synchronous tides,
Warmth and wonder
Reclaim their stride.
Passing the stories –
With the jolly crowd,
Tap your feet to the aster loud.
Love, my sweet,
The lights are back to town.

Maya: incomplete

Note: Read this poem with an open mind and it might just tell you your story.

Past of the wooden doors and poignant panes,
To the everlasting lands of flora and fae,
In an island and a forest with an
Enchanting waterfall,
leaves abode,
Afloat as the dew dwindles down
From the hearth in the clouds.

She rises from the depths of dawn,
Enamored by the splatter of silvery sparkle
Of the twilight, and long
Caught in this tangle
Of the lignin and green – but
Oh! She can barely breathe,
The whispers of time
And the remnants of lips
Moving past –

The lands may be far past these cerulean seas,
But the memories linger on
Like the wandering light
Amidst the Northern dreams.

Clash of Hearts

Gaze into the sunset
Thunderstorm raging,
‘Tis twilight, on the Ethereal journey,
Wordlessly, hitched as we stare
Past the horizon, at the break
The beauty masking the pain,
Breathlessly, light blaring past the dark,
The melody of the clashing hearts.
